How Long Can I Write My Kid Off as a Dependent on My Taxes?
Many of us have teenagers that stay after age 18 and the question arises; how long can I write them off? The basic answer is up until they are 24 if they are enrolled full time in school and taking a full course load. They must also live with you for more than half the year.
